some pretty heavy cheering charms in place at the festival, from what I can tell. a tonne of people there, including several targets of interest, like Rowle.
no need to start a panic, figured we could keep things quiet and make arrests of those targets as people leave. shouldn't take much to replace existing security, was well thinned out because of Penzance. we'll need another two units to process people and bundle them off site, and rotate through so we don't burn out.
